The first was to act as headquarters for both Schmidke Construction, a leader in custom home building and renovations for 24 years, and Properti Home Concierge, a luxury concierge and second-home management service. The second goal was to serve as host for like-minded industry partners to meet with clients in a collaborative environment on home-related projects.
